Tour de France
Early in September 2007, we realized 14-days flight around France by our Faeta, piloted by its creator, test pilot and one of the Atec´s owner Mr. Petr Volejnik. We flew 6000 km in 32,5 hours with 365 l of fuel consumption. This was a great opportunity to prove this plane´s flight performances and to inspire for its next development. One sunny morning we took-off from Nymburk in Czech Republic with a direction to Bordeaux in France. On the route, we only made two stops because of refuelling and passports check in Klatovy (CZ) and Dijon (F).

After six-hour flight (in total) we landed at our clients-friends in Bordeaux. Almost one week we stayed there and made some flights along atlantic seaboard and to small island called Ile d´Yeu, where, at the airport, we met one of our first Faetas imported to France.

From Atlantic ocean we continued to chateaux on Loire river, where we participated in famous Blois airshow.

Then, we overflew to our friends living in Paris to spend a few days with them.

From Paris we flew to another friend in Chambéry, where we could see beautiful alpine lakes with its luxurious resorts and amazing Mt. Blanc from our plane.

Through Rhona valley, along large alpine mountainsides we flew to Mediterranean Sea to visit one more friend living in Avignon.

We landed in Nimes and traveled around the Provence region to explore its antique monuments. There, we made some flights along the Mediterranean „ Côte d´Azur" and the beautiful flight across Camarque region, watching wild horses grazing and flamingos flying below us. Finally, we landed at the mediterranean beach in Camarque to have a small picnic with a sea bathing.

At the head of cold front, in a windy and rainy weather we landed successfully in Nymburk again. We would like to express our thanks to all our french friends/clients, who helped us to realize our adventurous tour and we hope they are also satisfied with our machines not only during their international air-excursions (for example to Czech Republic) as well as we are.
